OUT-OF-STATE DUI SCHOOLS RECOGNIZED BY THE STATE OF GEORGIA

The following are DUI Schools or courses offered outside the State of Georgia, the course content of which is recognized by the Georgia Department of Human Resources (DHR) as substantially conforming with the standards and requirements of the DHR.

1. Kentucky (Only those certificates that specify “Prime for Life”)
    

2. Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County, Tennessee (Certificates will have the seal of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County, Tennessee)
    

3. The Pathfinders’ Inc. in Tennessee (These will specify “Prime for Life” and may be from Gallatin, Madison, or Murfreesboro, Tennessee)
    

4. Tennessee Community Counseling Services, Inc. Alcohol and Drug Safety Course, 5600 Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37411
    

5. All on-post military programs, regardless of state
